Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Fire Safety Certification

Service Scope:

• Environmental classification based on industry, scale, location, capacity, wastewater, emissions, solid waste and noise

• EIA preparation including project description, process flow, pollution source identification, impact forecast, mitigation measures and consultation materials

• Environmental license application for wastewater, emissions, hazardous waste and noise

• Factory environmental rectification planning for wastewater treatment, exhaust treatment, hazardous waste storage, monitoring and discharge outlets

• Fire safety applicability assessment for factories, warehouses, offices and production lines

• Fire design review with drawings, technical description, investment documents and lease/land documents

• Fire acceptance support including rectification, equipment testing, alarm, sprinkler, smoke extraction and evacuation systems

• Pre-production compliance check across environment, fire safety, construction, labor safety and park requirements

Process:

1. Collect project address, industry, equipment, capacity and pollutant information.

2. Determine EIA, environmental license/registration and fire approval path.

3. Prepare environmental technical reports and fire design documents.

4. Submit environmental application to the competent authority.

5. Submit fire design review to the fire police authority.

6. Revise technical documents and complete site rectification as required.

7. Complete fire acceptance and environmental license/registration.

8. Set up post-operation records for emissions, hazardous waste, fire drills and annual compliance.
