Import-Export Rights Registration and Customs Code Activation

Service Scope:

• Review of IRC/ERC business scope for import, export, wholesale, retail, trading agency and logistics activities

• Assessment of foreign-invested trading rights and any required trading license

• HS Code, import duty, VAT, special consumption tax and regulatory condition analysis

• Customs e-system, VNACCS/VCIS, digital signature and e-customs setup

• Preparation of import/export documents: contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, C/O, permits and customs authorization

Process:

1. Review IRC/ERC, business scope and product list.

2. Confirm whether additional trading scope or trading license is required.

4. Prepare customs registration, digital signature and broker authorization.

5. Activate e-customs account and connect with customs broker.

6. Prepare first import/export documents.

7. Submit declaration, pay duties, complete inspection and obtain release.

8. Build long-term trade compliance records and HS Code database.
