Chinese Executives and Accompanying Family Members

Service Scope:

• Status planning for executives as investor, legal representative, general manager, expert, intra-company transferee or employee

• Work permit or exemption assessment

• Dependent eligibility review for spouse and children under 18

• Preparation of marriage certificate, birth certificate, household registration or kinship proof

• Entry and residence planning for executive DN/DT/LD visa, work permit, TRC and family TT visa/TRC

• Support for school-age children’s residence and enrollment documents

• Renewal management for executive and family TRCs

• Risk review for resignation, company change, shareholding change or passport renewal

Process:

1. Confirm executive position, shareholding, appointment and work location.

2. Select DT, LD or other main applicant status route.

3. Prepare qualification, appointment, labor contract or investment documents.

4. Apply for work permit, exemption or investor visa/TRC.

5. Prepare family relationship documents.

6. Apply for TT visa for spouse and children.

7. Apply for family TT TRC after the main applicant obtains TRC.

8. Set up expiry reminders and renewal plan for all family documents.
