Vietnam Temporary Residence Card (TRC), 2-5 Years

Service Scope:

• TRC eligibility assessment under LD, DT, NN or TT categories

• Validity planning based on passport, work permit, investment status, sponsor and family relationship

• DT TRC support for investors and capital contributors

• LD TRC support for foreign employees with valid work permit or exemption

• TT TRC support for spouse and children under 18

• Preparation of passport, visa, entry record, sponsor documents, work permit, investment proof and family relationship documents

• Submission to immigration authority

• Renewal and change support for passport, company, address, position or dependent status

Process:

1. Review current visa category, entry record and sponsor.

2. Confirm TRC category and expected validity.

3. Prepare personal, company, work/investment/family documents.

4. Legalize and translate overseas documents if required.

5. Complete residence registration and sponsor signing.

6. Submit TRC application to immigration authority.

7. Follow up approval and card collection.

8. Arrange renewal or category conversion before expiry.
