Business Visa (DN) / Investor Visa (DT)

Service Scope:

• Visa type assessment based on entry purpose

• Review of Vietnamese sponsor company eligibility

• Planning for single/multiple entry, stay period and entry port

• DN business visa support for meetings, market visits, contract signing and setup preparation

• DT investor visa support for shareholders, capital contributors and investment project representatives

• Preparation of passport, photo, invitation letter, sponsor company documents, ERC, investment documents and application forms

• Coordination with immigration authority for visa approval letter, embassy stamping or visa-on-arrival

• Follow-up planning for work permit, TRC or dependent visa

Process:

1. Confirm nationality, travel purpose, stay period and Vietnamese sponsor.

2. Select DN, DT, LD or other applicable visa type.

3. Prepare personal, company and investment/business documents.

4. Submit visa or entry approval application through the Vietnamese sponsor.

5. Arrange visa stamping, e-visa or visa-on-arrival after approval.

6. Complete residence registration after entry.

7. Apply for work permit, TRC or visa extension if long-term stay is needed.

8. Manage renewal, conversion or exit/re-entry planning before expiry.
