Vietnam Customs Brokerage and DDP / Tax-Inclusive Double Clearance

Service Scope:

• Select customs mode: general trade import, EPE clearance, bonded warehouse, temporary import, sample clearance or double-clearance model

• Pre-check HS Code, import duty, VAT, special consumption tax, environmental tax, anti-dumping duty and regulatory conditions

• Verify Vietnamese importer’s import/export rights, business scope, permits, customs account and tax status

• Prepare contract, invoice, packing list, B/L, C/O, permits, testing reports, brand authorization and technical files

• Submit declaration through Vietnam e-customs system and follow channeling, supplements, inspection, valuation, taxes and release

• Provide integrated service covering China export, cross-border transport, Vietnam import clearance, tax payment and final delivery

• Provide tax breakdown, customs declaration, tax payment receipts, transport documents and delivery proof

• Identify risks such as undervaluation, misdeclaration, concealment, IP infringement, unlicensed import, borrowed importer name and non-bookable shipment

Process:

1. Collect product list, photos, material, use, brand, value, HS Code and destination.

2. Confirm importer, trade terms and clearance model.

3. Pre-check taxes, regulatory conditions and permits.

4. Prepare China export and Vietnam import clearance documents.

5. Arrange transport and declaration at port/border/airport.

6. Handle customs questions, inspection, supplements and tax payment.

7. Complete release, pickup, delivery and receipt.

8. Provide customs files, tax receipts and exception review.
