Vietnam Middle and Senior Management Headhunting

Service Scope:

• Define profiles for general manager, plant manager, finance manager, HR manager, procurement manager, supply chain manager, sales director and e-commerce head

• Research local talent market, salary range, language ability, industry experience and fit with Chinese-invested companies

• Source candidates through local headhunter networks, talent databases, LinkedIn, Vietnamese job platforms, industrial parks and referrals

• Screen Vietnamese, Chinese and English communication ability

• Conduct background checks on education, work history, previous employers, non-compete restrictions and compliance risks

• Organize multi-round interviews with China HQ, Vietnam team and business heads

• Support salary negotiation, bonus, allowances, social insurance, PIT, probation and confidentiality/non-compete terms

• Follow up offer, labor contract, onboarding documents and probation feedback

Process:

1. Confirm position, reporting line, location, language requirements, salary budget and start date.

2. Prepare job description and candidate profile.

3. Launch local search and initial screening.

4. Provide longlist and shortlist.

5. Arrange interviews, assessment and background check.

6. Support offer negotiation and hiring confirmation.

7. Finalize onboarding documents, labor contract and compensation structure.

8. Follow up 30/60/90-day probation feedback.
