Annual Statutory Audit

Service Scope:

• Confirm whether annual statutory audit is required

• Coordinate with licensed audit firms in Vietnam

• Clean up accounts before audit: revenue, costs, inventory, fixed assets, FX, taxes, related-party transactions and bank balances

• Prepare audit documents: contracts, invoices, bank statements, stock count sheets, fixed asset lists, confirmations, tax filings and board resolutions

• Support inventory count, cash count, bank confirmation and customer/supplier confirmation

• Assess audit adjustments and their impact on CIT, retained earnings, profit distribution, group reporting and transfer pricing

• Support submission of audited financial statements and related filings

• Improve internal controls based on audit findings

Process:

1. Confirm audit year, auditor and timeline.

2. Complete year-end closing, stock count and balance reconciliation.

3. Prepare financial, tax, contract and bank documents based on audit checklist.

4. Support onsite or remote audit review, interviews, confirmations and stock count.

5. Discuss audit adjustments and disclosure items.

6. Issue audited financial statements.

7. Complete annual CIT finalization and related filings.

8. Archive audit report, working papers and management recommendations.
