U&I Auditing Company Limited (UNIAUDIT) , a member of JPA International, was established in October 2001 as a Limited Liability Company under the Enterprise Law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. U&Is head office is located at U&I Building, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, with 2 branch offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
- Uniaudits principal activities are to provide audit and accounting, consulting, and taxation services to economic organizations of all sectors throughout the country.
- Uniaudits is formed by a group of national auditors and a number of experienced experts in the fields of finance, accounting, banking, tax and business administration. Currently Uniaudits has more than 50 professional employees, who have graduated from university or postgraduate with majors in economics, law and foreign languages from prestigious universities in Vietnam and abroad. A number of employees have received continuing professional training in Vietnam and developed countries.
- Uniaudits also has a team of collaborators who are professors, doctors, masters and experts working for training institutions, research institutes, and large domestic and foreign companies.
