For delivery policy, PTC would accept approximately more than 20 ordered items and the production turnaround time is around 10-12 weeks from the date on which we confirmed the receipt of a purchase order.
Our commitment:
• Develop CAD drawings from clients drawings and sketches as well as send detail quotation to customers. Completed drawings are emailed to the client for signing off.
• Develop and sign off clients finishes.
• Report on clients production in Weekly Container Reports.
