MAX POWDER COATINGS (VIET NAM) (formerly Hue Phat Services Trading Manufacturing Company Limited), established in 2012,has invested in and operated a powder coating production plant that adheres to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. With a strategy to build an ecosystem encompassing the non-volatile organic compound (VOC) coating technology industry, we have developed a series of brands:
- MAXPOWDER: Specializing in supplying raw powder coatings
- MAXLINE: Specializing in the installation and transfer of equipment and coating lines
- MAXCOAT: Specializing in high-quality production and processing for foreign companies and corporations with a focus on export markets.
Currently, the MAX brand is present in most provinces and cities in Vietnam and several major markets worldwide, including: Russia, Algeria, Myanmar, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
❶ DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY:
✪ 2012: Established Hue Phat Services Trading Manufacturing Company Limited.
✪ 2014: Developed a distribution system in the North, Central, and South regions.
✪ 2016: Completed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and opened a representative office in Phnom Penh.
✪ 2018: Constructed of Binh Huu 1 factory. Expanded participation in the GSCs supply chain. Exported to the Russian market.
✪ 2019: Built and merged the Binh Huu 1 & 2 factories. Invested in a production line to increase capacity to 1,500 tons/year.
✪ 2020: Built the Binh Loi transit warehouse and exported powder coatings to the Middle East market.
✪ 2021: Completed the construction of the Hai Son Duc Hoa Dong factory. Invested in expanding the production line, increasing total capacity to 3,000 tons/year.
✪ 2022: Invested in the ERP resource management system, promoted the automation of production processes, and digitized the database system.
