Lam Son Sugar Cane Joint Stock Corporation specializes in producing and supplying all kinds of pure yellow sugar, white diameter, refined sugar, etc. in order to meet consumer demand in all Northern provinces.
- In 2008, the company has:
✔ A stable material area of 15,000 - 20,000 hectares, owning 1,200 hectares of land
✔ 2 sugar factories with a total capacity of 7,000 tons of sugarcane per day, two largest alcohol production plants of 27 million liters per year in Vietnam.
✔ Staffs and employees over 1,000 people, engineers accounted for 14.90%, 100% workers were trained, over 50% were high-level workers.
- In 2012, the company completed construction investment to increase capacity of the No. 2 sugar factory from 4,000 tons of sugarcane per day to 8,000 tons of sugarcane per day with advanced technology associated with 12.5 MW power plant, bringing the total capacity the company raises 10,500 tons of sugarcane per day.
