Khai Hoan Fish Sauce was born in 1976 with 12 fermented barrels. In 2007, Khai Hoan Trading Joint Stock Company was established with nearly 900 fermented barrels with an annual output of 4 to 6 million liters of fish sauce. Khai Hoan owns 24 fishing boats of all types. The production process is strictly controlled from fish catching to the dining table according to HACCP CODEX 2020 and ISO 22000 standards.
