★ CNC machining
● HESEM creates high precision and quality finished part. We machine a wide variety of materials: Plastic, aluminum, copper, brass, steel, stainless steel, titanium, inconel, etc.
● The maximum dimension of CNC lathe product is 400 mm (15.7 inches) in diameter and 1200 mm (47.2 inches) in length.
● The maximum size of CNC milling products is 500mm (20 inches) in width and 3000mm (118 inches) in length.
● We can accommodate small to medium-sized orders (1-5000 parts/month).
● In addition, we have linked with more than 10 CNC shops in Vietnam to participate in large production projects.
★ Multi-axis machining
HESEM had over 10 years of experience in making NC programming for 4, 5+ axis CNC machines. This helps us succeed in making complex parts with minimizing setup and less machine time.
★ Making products from casting
We take the initiative in molding consulting, designing and manufacturing. We have reliable partners in sand casting, pressure casting, aluminum extrusion. They have accompanied HESEM on many successful projects. Sample products after the molding process are checked by our engineers against the requirements set out to modify the mold if necessary.
