Da Lat Japanese Food Co., Ltd (DJF) is built on a large agricultural land south of Da Lat City at an altitude of 1500m above sea level. This land is known as the place to grow and provide the highest quality vegetables of Vietnam. The climate of the plateau is suitable for vegetables such as sweet potato, pumpkin, sweet corn, asparagus. Currently, DJFs products are exported to fastidious markets such as Japan, Thailand.
The fields of operation are as follows:
1. Planting, purchasing, producing and processing vegetables, flowers, agricultural products for export
2. Processing frozen vegetables and fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables
3. Producing and trading seeds, seedlings of vegetables and fruits
4. Producing and trading frozen food.
Total factory area: 3,928 m2, IQF freezers, steamers, grills, crushers, slicers, block cutters, metal detectors, X-ray detectors, water cooling systems, wind tunnel, cold storage.
+ Processing capacity: 6,000 tons of raw materials per year
+ Capacity of cold storage: 300 tons of finished products.
