- Manufacturing and processing precision molds: high precision with tolerance of 0.005mm. Modern machinery system - imported from countries such as Switzerland, Japan, Germany, .. of famous brands such as MAKINO, HARMO, TOSHIBA, DMG, ZEISS .. Precision mold manufacturing capacity at Bac Viet is up to 150 molds/year
- Plastic components: defective rate of less than 1%. With a system of 45 plastic injection machines with pressing force from 60 tons to 360 tons. We are proud to be one of the companies supplying plastic components for Samsung, Canon, KORG, Kyocera,.. For many years in a row, we have been in the group of 80 companies supplying components for Samsung.
- Hot-dip galvanizing: Ensures that the steel structure is plated at a stable standard temperature of 440 - 460°C, ensuring the thickness of the plating layer. Input materials are lead-free Japanese zinc. Plating capacity 22,000 tons/year
- Mechanical products: scaffolding, foldable steel boxes,.. Input materials ensure high quality, meeting international standards for exported steel, to foreign brands such as: Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan,.. and some domestic materials. Each manufactured product is calculated with optimal usage rates to help minimize material waste during production.
