Manufacturing: Vietnam television production up 21.4 percent in first eight months of 2025
Vietnam’s television production in August 2025 was estimated at 2.06 million units, up from 1.97 million units in July.
According to the latest data from Vietnam’s National Statistics Office, output in August rose 18.5 percent year-on-year.
For the January–August 2025 period, cumulative production reached 13.61 million units, an increase of 21.4 percent compared with the same period in 2024.
This reflects strong export demand and continued expansion of Vietnam’s electronics assembly industry.
The sector’s double-digit growth underlines Vietnam’s role as a global hub for consumer electronics manufacturing, benefiting from foreign direct investment and robust supply chain integration.
Television production remains a significant component of Vietnam’s electronics sector, complementing mobile phones and accessories as leading export earners.
