On April 15, 3, the General Department of Taxation issued Official dispatch 1023-TCT-KK on reporting and providing information on taxpayers operating car transport services.
Accordingly, instruct the Tax Departments to provide a list of active enterprises, cooperatives, and business households that operate car transport services in the area along with tax payment status. As follows:

Report on coordination with the Department of Transport and relevant state management agencies in tax administration for taxpayers with auto transport service business: Clear report Cooperate in exchanging and providing information with the Department of Transport on the issuance of licenses to operate transport businesses by car; information about each vehicle's journey, information on the transport order, transport contract (information connection application if any)...
Review the situation of car transport business in the area
The General Department of Taxation requires Tax Departments to:
- Provide a list of active businesses, cooperatives, and business households that operate car transport services in the area.
- Report on the status of declaration and payment to the budget of taxpayers with car transport service business activities in the period from 2021-2023 and the first quarter of 2024.
- Review and supplement the list of taxpayers with auto transport business codes (the General Department of Taxation has produced a list of taxpayers with transport business codes attached)
