ISSUES KEY LIST OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS

Pursuant to the June 29, 6 Law on Information Technology;

Pursuant to the November 23, 11 Law on Radio Frequency;

Pursuant to the November 23, 11 Law on Telecommunications;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 71/2007/ND-CP dated May 03, 5 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Information Technology on the information technology industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 02 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

At the request of the Director of the Information Technology Department;

The Minister of Information and Communications promulgates a Circular promulgating the list of key information technology products.

Article 1. To promulgate together with this Circular the list of key information technology products (hereinafter referred to as the List for short).

Based on management requirements and development situation of each period, the Ministry of Information and Communications shall review, amend and supplement the List.

Article 2. Transitional provisions

Key investment projects and production of information technology products as prescribed in Circular No. 01/2017/TT-BTTTT dated February 16, 02 of the Minister of Information and Communications have been applied mainly. Prior to the effective date of this Circular, they may continue to enjoy preferential policies and prioritize investment in research, development, and production until the end of the preferential and priority period as prescribed by law. the law.

Article 3. Terms enforcement

1. This Circular takes effect from August 02, 02.

2. Circular No. 01/2017/TT-BTTTT dated February 16, 02 of the Minister of Information and Communications promulgating the list of key information technology products, which expires from the effective date of this Circular. enforcement force.

3. The Chief of the Office, the Director of the Information Technology Department and the heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if any problems arise, relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are requested to report them to the Ministry of Information and Communications for timely guidance and settlement./.
