ISSUED LIST OF SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE PRODUCTS, ELECTRONIC
Pursuant to the June 29, 6 Law on Information Technology;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 71/2007/ND-CP dated May 03, 5 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Information Technology on the information technology industry;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 12 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications and Decree No. 2007/50 /ND-CP dated June 2011, 24 of the Government amending Decree No. 6/2011/ND-CP;
At the request of the Director of the Information Technology Department;
The Minister of Information and Communications promulgates the Circular promulgating the List of software and hardware products, electronics,
Article 1. Scope
This Circular promulgates the List of software, hardware and electronic products (hereinafter referred to as the List for short), including:
1. The list of software products is specified in Appendix 01.
2. The list of hardware and electronic products is specified in Appendix 02.
Article 2. Subject of application
This Circular applies to agencies, organizations and individuals engaged in information technology industry activities, management, production and trading of software and hardware and electronic products in Vietnam.
Article 3. Principles of construction and purposes of application of the List
1. The list is developed in order to form a system of specialized products in the software industry and the hardware and electronic industries in service of business registration; investment activities; apply tax policies; incentives; import and export management; quality management and other activities related to software and hardware products, electronics.
2. Based on the market development situation and information technology development policies in each period, the Ministry of Information and Communications shall adjust the List to suit management requirements.
Article 4. Enforcement
This Circular takes effect from the date of April 30, 2012, 23 year.
Article 5. Implementation organization
1. Chief of Office, Director of Information Technology Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Directors of Departments of Information and Communications of provinces and centrally run cities and enterprises Relevant enterprises, organizations and individuals mentioned in Article 2 shall be responsible for the implementation of this Circular.
2. In the course of implementation, if any problems arise, organizations and individuals are requested to report them to the Ministry of Information and Communications to supplement and amend accordingly.
