Vietnam’s beer production in August 2025 was estimated at 407.9 million litres, up from 395.6 million litres in July, according to the latest data from Vietnam’s National Statistics Office.
Output in August grew 10.6 percent year-on-year.

The strong August gain shows renewed consumption momentum, driven by domestic markets and a steady return of tourism.
Cumulative growth, while modest, underlines the beer industry’s central role in Vietnam’s consumer goods sector.
Beer remains one of Vietnam’s largest beverage industries, supporting thousands of jobs and contributing significantly to state revenues through excise taxes.
