Vietnam Work Permit Application and Extension

Process:

1. Confirm position, qualifications, experience and Vietnamese employer.

2. Determine whether work permit or exemption applies.

3. Prepare employee and employer documents.

4. Complete notarization, legalization and Vietnamese translation.

5. Complete Vietnam health check and criminal record requirements.

6. Submit application to the competent labor/authority.

7. Obtain work permit or exemption confirmation.

8. Complete employment, visa/TRC and renewal procedures.
