EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) Special Policy Park Application

Service Scope:

• Assessment of whether the project is suitable for EPE status

• Matching with export processing zones, industrial parks or factories that meet customs supervision requirements

• Review of VAT, import duty, export duty, customs, bonded management and domestic sale implications

• Assessment of factory fencing, access control, CCTV, warehouse, customs books and IT system requirements

• Preparation of IRC/ERC and investment documents reflecting EPE activities

• Coordination with customs authority for EPE condition confirmation

• Setup of internal controls for raw materials, finished goods, scrap, domestic sales, toll manufacturing, customs declaration and inventory

• Ongoing compliance support for customs inspections, tax filings and annual stock-taking

Process:

1. Confirm whether the business model is suitable for EPE treatment.

2. Select a park and factory that meet customs supervision conditions.

3. Reflect EPE/export processing activities in investment and company documents.

4. Complete IRC, ERC and factory lease/land procedures.

5. Build fencing, access control, monitoring, warehouse and customs bookkeeping systems.

6. Submit EPE condition confirmation to the competent customs authority.

7. Complete on-site inspection and rectification if required.

8. Operate under the EPE model after confirmation.
