Integration with Vietnam Payment Gateways such as VNPay and MoMo

Service Scope:

• Assess payment scenarios: e-commerce website, app, mini program, POS, QR payment, offline store, bill payment or subscription

• Compare VNPay, MoMo, ZaloPay, Napas, bank transfer, VietQR, international cards and COD

• Support merchant onboarding with company documents, tax code, bank account, website/app details, business model, legal representative and KYC files

• Integrate payment API, SDK, QR code, redirect payment, callback, refund API, order status sync and signature verification

• Build reconciliation rules for order ID, payment transaction, fee, refund, settlement cycle, bank receipt and ERP/finance records

• Manage payment security: signature, IP whitelist, callback verification, duplicate notification, timeout order, abnormal refund and fraud risk

• Review local compliance for payment page, privacy policy, refund policy, e-invoice, transaction records and personal data

• Complete sandbox test, production setup, stress test, exception test and launch monitoring

Process:

1. Confirm payment channels, sales platform, transaction currency, order volume and settlement account.

2. Select VNPay, MoMo or other payment combinations.

3. Prepare merchant application files and complete provider review.

4. Obtain merchant ID, keys, API documents, test account and production parameters.

5. Develop payment, callback, refund, query and reconciliation interfaces.

6. Test successful payment, refund, timeout, failure and duplicate callback scenarios.

7. Launch production and monitor first real transactions.

8. Provide daily/monthly payment reconciliation, fee, refund and exception reports.
