Vietnam Overseas Warehouse Leasing and Dropshipping

Service Scope:

• Select warehouse locations based on platform, customer distribution, ports/borders, last-mile delivery and return needs

• Provide general warehouse, bonded warehouse, e-commerce warehouse, forward warehouse, return warehouse, B2B distribution warehouse and B2C dropshipping warehouse

• Support receiving, QC, put-away, bin management, batch management, expiry management, stock count and slow-moving inventory handling

• Process order sync, picking, checking, packing, waybill printing, outbound, delivery and POD feedback

• Connect with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, independent sites, ERP, WMS and local courier systems

• Handle returns, relabeling, restocking, repair, disposal, resale and after-sales records

• Design fee model for rent, inbound, warehouse operation, packaging, outbound, delivery, return and system fees

• Review import status, tax invoices, inventory books, sales data, consumer data and platform compliance

Process:

1. Confirm product category, SKU count, monthly order volume, inventory turnover, platform and target cities.

2. Select warehouse location, storage model and delivery network.

3. Review warehouse qualification, fire safety, security, system capability and SLA.

4. Sign warehouse/fulfillment service agreement and pricing rules.

5. Arrange first-leg transport, customs clearance, inbound and inventory setup.

6. Connect ERP/WMS, platform orders and courier accounts.

7. Launch picking, packing, outbound, delivery and return process.

8. Provide monthly inventory, order, cost, delivery rate, return rate and exception reports.
