Blue-Collar Workers / Factory Labor Dispatch

Service Scope:

• Assess labor needs by production line, shift, job type, headcount, skills, seasonality and employment period

• Determine compliant model: direct hiring, seasonal labor, service outsourcing, labor dispatch, temporary work or probation

• Verify licensed Vietnamese labor dispatch providers

• Recruit general workers, packers, warehouse workers, QC staff, forklift drivers, machine operators, assemblers, injection molding workers and sewing workers

• Support onboarding, ID documents, labor contracts, factory rules, safety training, job training and attendance setup

• Coordinate wages, overtime, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury coverage and PIT

• Manage labor risks: absenteeism, work injury, discipline, resignation, compensation, collective disputes and labor inspections

• Provide workforce support for peak season, trial production, temporary projects, relocation and factory expansion

Process:

1. Confirm job type, headcount, skills, location, shifts and expected labor period.

2. Select direct hiring, labor dispatch or service outsourcing model.

3. Verify provider license, deposit and delivery capacity.

4. Set recruitment plan, wage standard and factory entry schedule.

5. Screen candidates, arrange health checks, collect onboarding documents and conduct training.

6. Sign employment/dispatch/service agreements and arrange workers on site.

7. Reconcile attendance, payroll, overtime, insurance and service fees monthly.

8. Review stability, injury risk, capacity matching and compliance issues regularly.
