Process:

1. Map brands, technology, works and product lines.

2. Assess trademark, patent, design and copyright protection route.

3. Conduct trademark search and select classes.

4. Prepare applicant documents, POA, specimens or technical files.

5. Submit application to IP Vietnam or copyright authority.

6. Follow formal examination, publication, substantive examination and amendments.

7. Obtain registration certificate or protection decision.
