  • January 2022: Effective April 1, ExxonMobil Corporation was organized along three business lines - ExxonMobil Upstream Company, ExxonMobil Product Solutions and ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions.
  • September 2021: Lukoil Group and Daimler AG, one of the world's major automobile manufacturers, expanded their relationship in Lukoil lubricants' first fill supplies for the brand's premium passenger cars' engines. Low-viscosity Lukoil Genesis engine oil, developed by LLK-International (PJSC LUKOIL wholly owned subsidiary) for modern gasoline and diesel engines of the car manufacturer in compliance with one of its newest first fill standards, will be added to the product portfolio.
