• February 2023: Savills Investment Management successfully concluded the acquisition of a portfolio comprising three last-mile distribution warehouses previously owned by Roebuck Asset Management and GFH Financial Group. The acquisition was made on behalf of Savills Investment Management's discretionary logistics fund. It included properties situated in Alicante, Murcia, and Valladolid, covering a combined warehouse Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 23,220 square meters.
