• September 2023: JA Solar Technology, China-based firm has bagged the contract from Dutch developer Ecorus, which will be will be providing equipment for a solar project in the Netherlands for a capacity of 103.5 MW. The solar project, the Fledderbosch park, is expected to go live early next year in 2024. The solar farm is poised to to be the second-largest solar farm in the country.
• April 2023: A Dutch startup named Oceans of Energy, a joint venture between Shell and Eneco, secured the contract from CrossWind, to install floating solar PV panels at an offshore wind farm in the North Sea, Netherlands. The company has been tasked with building a 0.5MW floating array between wind turbines at the 750MW Hollands Kust Noord wind farm, located 18.5km off the coast of the Netherlands.
